2. Payment Timeline

• For One-Time Orders: Full payment is required upfront before any work is initiated.
• For Subscription or Retainer-Based Services: Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• For Bulk/Custom Orders: A 50% upfront deposit is required, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery of the work.

3. Pricing

Pricing for services is based on the specific needs and complexity of the project. Once we receive your project details, we will provide a clear and transparent quote. All prices are listed in USD, and may vary depending on the scope of work.

4. Late Payments

In the event of a late payment, a fee of 5% of the total amount will be charged for every 7 days the payment is overdue. We reserve the right to pause or delay the work until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Refund Policy

At Clipping Web Path, client satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with our services, please let us know. We offer a revision process to address your concerns. Refunds will only be issued if the services provided are significantly different from what was agreed upon, and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions.

6. Security

Your payment and financial details are protected with the highest standards of security. All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways, and your personal information is kept confidential.

7. Custom Orders and Large Projects

For large or custom orders, payment terms will be agreed upon prior to starting the project. This could include milestones for payments based on the project’s phases.
